Product description

　　The product is a water-soluble composite water reducer with carboxylic acid-based substances grafted with high molecular polymers as the main body. It has the features of superplasticity, high slump retention, high enhancement and low shrinkage, and can be used to prepare concrete with different strength grades. It is especially applicable for preparing high strength, high fluidity, self-compacting, high durability and high performance concrete. The product performance reaches the standards of GB8076-2008, JG/T233-2007, TB10424-2018 and JT769-2009.

　　Main technical performance

　　● Low efficient water reduction, water reduction rate can reach more than 25 ~ 40%, concrete shrinkage ratio of 90% or less.

　　● High fluidity, high slump retention, and small loss of concrete slump over time.

　　● It has obvious reinforcing effect on hardened concrete. The strength can be increased by 30 ~ 50% at 7 days and 28 days, and the strength still increases steadily at the later stage.

　　Usage and precautions

　　● This product is brown and yellow liquid, and the commonly used dosage is 0.6 ~ 1.2% (based on the total weight of adhesive); When preparing high strength concrete, the content can be increased to 1.0 ~ 2.0%.

　　● Before use, the optimal dosage should be determined according to the engineering construction requirements, material features and trial matching.

　　● Accurate measurement should be made in use, so as to avoid large dosage error and prevent heavy doping and missing doping.

　　● It cannot be used in combination with naphthalene series water reducer, and it should be confirmed by test when it is used in combination with other kinds of admixtures.

　　● After concrete pouring, the concrete shall be maintained according to the provisions of the construction regulations, and the winter construction can follow the Winter Construction Regulations.

　　● The change of silt content of sand and stone and the quality of admixture have great influence on the water-reducing effect of products, and users should choose aggregates and admixture that meet the standards.

　　Packaging, storage and transportation

　　● This product is liquid, in plastic drums, 1 ton/barrel or 200㎏/barrel, and can also be shipped by tanker. Anti-leakage, anti-exposure, anti-high temperature during storage. The storage period is one year, and after the expiration, it should be tested to determine the use.
