Product description

　　The product is a water-soluble composite water reducer with carboxylic acid-based substances grafted with high molecular polymers as the main body. It has the features of superplasticity, high slump retention, high enhancement and low shrinkage, and can be used to prepare concrete with different strength grades. It is especially applicable for preparing shotcrete and high strength, high fluidity, self-compacting, high durability and high performance concrete. The product performance reaches the standards of GB8076-2008, JG/T233-2007, TB10424-2010 and JT769-2009.

　　Method of application

　　★ Use it in combination with accelerator. Before use, the formula and optimum dosage should be determined according to the engineering construction requirements, material features and trial matching.

　　★ In the process of mixing concrete, add this product according to the test dosage and mix it with concrete. After the concrete arrives at the spraying site, the accelerator is added for use together.

　　★ This product is liquid, and the recommended dosage is 6 1%.

　　★ When mixed with accelerator, the dosage of accelerator needs to be reduced. It is suggested that the optimal dosage of accelerator should be determined according to the test before use in the project.

　　Packaging, storage and transportation

　　★ This product is liquid, plastic barrel, 1 ton/barrel or 200㎏/barrel, and can also be shipped by tanker. Prevent leakage, exposure and high temperature during storage. The storage period is one year, and after the expiration, it should be tested to determine the use.

　　★ This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive, and shall be properly kept according to conventional materials.
