Product description
Hole grouting agent is composed of micro-expansive materials, high-efficiency water reducer and a variety of inorganic and organic polymer materials. It has excellent fluidity, stable slurry, good filling degree, no shrinkage and slight expansion, and no harmful substances to steel bars. It is a special additive for post-tensioned prestressed duct grouting and grouting in joints and joints of concrete members. The product quality meets the requirements of TB/T3192-2008.
Main technical performance
● Low water reduction rate > 25%, with excellent fluidity and small loss over time, easy to grouting operation.
● The reinforcement effect is obvious, and the hardened slurry has high strength (> 50MPa) and good cohesiveness.
● No shrinkage or slight expansion after condensation, and good volume stability.
● The slurry does not bleed, can maintain a long working time, and has good slurry filling degree.

Usage and precautions
● It is used together with P.O42.5 cement, and the dosage is 10% ~ 12% of the cement dosage (internal mixing method).
● Control the water-binder ratio ≤0.33, which is determined by experiments before use. The water-binder ratio in site construction can be relaxed to 0.35.
● Mixing shall be carried out according to the specified mixture ratio, and the mixing time shall not be less than 4 ~ 5 minutes. Mixing shall be carried out according to the requirements of regulations, and the method of adding water twice shall be adopted.
● Before grouting, the grouting pump should be cleaned in advance, and the slurry should be constantly stirred to maintain the uniformity and fluidity of the slurry. The slurry must be poured within 30 minutes.
● When grouting, piston pressure pump should be used and the pressure should be greater than 0.7MPa.
● Different origins and varieties of cement have great influence on the application effect of grouting agent. It is suggested that the varieties of cement and the optimal dosage of grouting agent should be determined by experiments before use. Try to choose cement varieties with good adaptability, small shrinkage and high strength.
Packaging, storage and transportation
● This product is powder, packed in plastic woven bags lined with plastic film, 40kg/bag or 50kg/bag.
● Rain-proof, moisture-proof and breakage-proof, valid for half a year. It is non-flammable and non-explosive, and shall be properly kept.
