Product description
This product is a new generation of multifunctional composite waterproofing agent, which is composed of many organic materials. It has the functions of reducing water, strengthening, improving density, improving concrete pore structure, improving permeability and compensating shrinkage, so as to achieve the effects of permanent crack resistance, impermeability and waterproofing of mortar and concrete. The product quality reaches JC474 first-class standard.
Main technical performance
● Crack resistance, impermeability, waterproof, reinforcement, shrinkage compensation, pore structure improvement and durability improvement.
● Chlorine-free and low alkali, have no corrosion on steel bars, are nontoxic and harmless, and are safe for health and environment.
Applications
● Applicable for anti-crack and anti-seepage concrete and mortar in tunnel engineering, underground building facilities, civil air defense engineering, subway and other projects.
● Anti-cracking and anti-seepage of various water towers, hydraulic dams, nuclear power projects, swimming pools and large concrete storage tanks.
● Applicable for crack prevention and seepage control of railways, highways, bridges, airports and mass concrete.
● Sulfate-resistant concrete can be prepared.
Usage and precautions
● Low dosage: 1.0-1.5% for powder; 2.0-3.0% for liquid (based on the total amount of cementing materials).
● According to the engineering requirements and the features of engineering materials, the optimal dosage should be determined by experiments.
● It can be used in combination with water reducing agent to prepare various fluid concrete.
● Powder can be added to the mixer together with aggregate, and liquid can be mixed with mixing water, so the mixing time should be appropriately increased.
Packaging, storage and transportation
● Powder is packed in plastic woven bags, 50 kg/bag; The liquid is 200kg/barrel, and can also be transported by tanker.
● Pay attention to waterproof, moisture-proof, breakage-proof and high temperature-proof. It is non-flammable and non-explosive, and shall be properly kept.
● The validity period is 1 year, and it shall be determined by test after expiration.
