Main technical performance
● Setting time: Initial setting ≥30min, final setting < 3 h.
● Low initial fluidity, self-leveling, with good construction operability.
● Expansion rate ﹥0.02%of standard culture for 28d.
● Strength: 28d compressive strength﹥50Mpa, the later strength will not decrease, and other technical indicators meet the standard requirements.
● It has the features of fast hardening, early strength, high strength, no shrinkage and self-leveling.
● Does not contain harmful ingredients that pollute the environment and affect personal health.
Applications
● Gravity grouting is used for bridge basin rubber bearing; Hard non-shrinkage mortar.
● Equipment foundation, anchor bolt fixation and secondary grouting of equipment.
● Repair and reinforcement of various concrete structures.
Usage and precautions
● When it is used for gravity grouting of prefabricated simply supported beam basin rubber bearing, the water-material ratio is controlled to be less than 0.13; When it is used for gravity grouting of cast-in-place beam bridge basin rubber bearing, the water-material ratio is controlled to be less than 0.12; When it is used to prefabricate multi-piece T-beam basin rubber bearing with dry and non-shrinkage mortar, the water-material ratio should be controlled to be less than 0.09.
● Adopt mechanical stirring to control the fluidity required for grouting. The first stirring amount should be used up within 30min, and no second stirring with water is allowed. The operation must be carried out continuously, and mechanical vibration is not needed for grouting construction.
● Grouting for large equipment should be done from one side to prevent the introduction of air. During secondary grouting, the surface of the layer should be brushed to strengthen moisture conservation.
● Fluidity and setting time tests should be conducted before use.
● During each grouting construction, the mixing equipment and grouting equipment shall remove the residues.
Packaging, storage and transportation
● Low moisture-proof bag packaging, 50kg per bag. Put it in a dry place, rain-proof, moisture-proof and breakage-proof.
● Non-flammable, non-explosive, non-toxic and harmless, valid for 3 months, and should be tested before use.
