HEA-1 concrete expansion agent, which is made of special sulphoaluminate and natural anhydrite, has good expansion performance. The product quality reaches the GB23439 standard.
Main technical performance
● It has good expansion performance, crack resistance, impermeability, frost resistance, waterproof, carbonation resistance, shrinkage compensation, which increases the compactness of concrete, and the later strength continues to grow. Resist sulfate attack and improve durability.

Usage and precautions
● The content of concrete used for shrinkage compensation is 8 ~ 12%, and the content of concrete used for expansion concrete reinforcement belt and filling is 12 ~ 15% (based on the total amount of cementitious materials, the internal mixing method is adopted to replace the cementitious materials equally).
● It can be used in combination with other kinds of admixtures to prepare various fluid concrete, early strength and antifreeze concrete.
● Concrete aggregate gradation, silt content should meet the requirements of relevant standards.
● Pay attention to strengthening vibration, the time for form removal shall not be less than 3d, and the moisture curing shall be more than 14d.
Packaging, storage and transportation
● It is packed in plastic woven bags lined with plastic bags, 50kg/bag, and can also be packed and transported according to users' requirements.
● Store in a dry place, which is rain-proof, moisture-proof and breakage-proof. Valid for half a year. It is non-flammable and non-explosive, and shall be properly kept.
