Product Quality Assurance

In the "Procedure Documents" of the ISO9000 quality management system, the "Procedures for Inspection of Raw Materials", "Procedures for Inspection of Intermediate Control of Products" and "Procedures for Inspection of Products" are specified in detail, and there are also "Inspection Operation Instructions" for each stage of perfection.

Inspection of raw materials: All raw materials involved shall be strictly inspected before entering the factory, and those that are unqualified shall be returned. Inspection indicators and processes shall be carried out according to the corresponding standards and inspection methods of each raw material, and shall be carried out according to the Operation Instruction for Raw Material Inspection.

Finished product inspection: Each product is inspected according to the batch and lot as specified in the standard. Production quality control

The product production process strictly abides by the provisions of "Product Production Operation Guideline" and "Production Process" and operates according to the steps. Focus on control of process parameters such as measurement, placement, time and temperature. After reaching the internal control index, the product enters the next process. If the product fails to meet the internal control index, the production workshop will adjust the process parameters accordingly and continue to react until the internal control index is reached. The finished product will be sampled and inspected, and the qualified product will enter the storage tank, and the unqualified product will be disposed of according to the Disposal Process of Unqualified Product.

For each batch of products leaving the factory, after passing the sampling and inspection by the laboratory, the person in charge of quality will confirm and sign, and issue the "product factory certificate" before leaving the factory. To ensure that the product factory pass rate reaches 100%.

Raw material quality control

Quality control firstly, we make sure that the raw materials enter the factory. Our company has developed a set of raw material procurement and inspection system. First of all, we will carry out long-term tracking and evaluation of the subsuppliers of raw materials, and select the subsuppliers with stable product quality and good reputation as long-term partners, so as to ensure the stable source of various raw materials.
