Description of production quality assurance system

In order to ensure the quality of products, the company has established a complete set of quality control system and formulated practical quality assurance measures.

Personnel: There are 20 technicians of all kinds employed in the company's personnel structure, including 3 senior engineers, 7 engineers and 10 assistant workers. There are more than ten people engaged in laboratory, inspection and test, and nearly fifty skilled operation workers in various positions.

Administration and Personnel Department: responsible for regular training of personnel, job assessment and evaluation of working ability, so that employees have the corresponding professional knowledge and working skills through training. Key positions must be licensed, such as operators on the process, laboratory technicians, quality inspectors, testers to be trained, assessed and licensed by the relevant business authorities before they can be employed.

Marketing Department: responsible for the development of annual and monthly marketing plans and product sales, market development, market information collection, bidding for key projects, organization and implementation of contract evaluation, contract signing. Finance Department: Responsible for making raw material procurement plan and carrying out raw material procurement according to the plan according to the Raw Material Procurement Procedures. Responsible for investigation, evaluation and assessment of subsuppliers' enterprise qualification, product quality, environmental protection and supply guarantee ability to determine qualified subsuppliers. Sign the "Raw Material Procurement Contract" and "Raw Material Supply Assurance Agreement". For each raw material, we will choose three sub-suppliers to ensure the excellent quality and reasonable price of raw materials, and to avoid the possibility of raw material disconnection to a large extent. Production Department: According to the provisions of "Product Production Operation Guideline", it is responsible for the implementation of the whole production process and product quality control. Including the production process of raw material input, measurement, production process, operation process control and implementation. To ensure the normal operation of equipment, safety and environmental protection, quality standards. Make each process in a controlled state and continuously improve efficiency. Responsible for the records of each link in the production process, including material input, process parameters, quantity of finished products, and good rate of finished products.

Quality Control Department: responsible for the whole process of product production and factory quality control. The laboratory is responsible for the inspection of raw materials, the control of indicators in the production process (middle control inspection), the homogeneity inspection according to batches and standards, and the factory inspection of finished products. The laboratory is responsible for the technical performance inspection of the products according to the batches and standards. R&D Department: Responsible for collecting the direction and dynamics of new technology and product development in the industry, and formulating R&D targets and R&D plans for new products. According to the R&D plan, be responsible for the research of new concrete admixture technology and new product development. Responsible for small test, pilot test and batch trial production of new products, and cooperate with Quality Control Department and Production Department to formulate Production Operation Guideline and process flow and related parameters. Evaluate the technical performance as well as the economics of the new products developed.
